Yes. Being matched and having free sessions costs nothing. While we are growing, direct applications are free too.

Yes. Mentors pay nothing and no commission is taken. Your free hours are recorded on your profile as a mark of trust. If paid mentoring ever opens, we will tell you well in advance.

Anyone aged 18 or older, mainly students and early-career professionals. We do not currently accept people under 18.

Experienced professionals who volunteer their time. Each mentor profile is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and mentors can earn an identity-verified badge.

To earn the right to charge. A mentor must give 10 hours of free mentoring to 5 or more different people, with strong ratings, before they can set a price. That protects mentees and keeps the community generous.

Requests expire after 72 hours and you can pick another suggested mentor right away. Nothing is lost.

No. Your session page has your mentor's own meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet or Teams), which opens in your browser. Use a laptop or phone with a camera and microphone.

Hours count when the mentee confirms the session and both people were on the session page for at least 10 minutes. Keep the session page open during the call.

Reliability shows how consistently someone shows up, cancels early and replies in time over the last 90 days. Credibility shows how much of a profile we can check: profile details, LinkedIn, identity checks, reviews and feedback. Both are shown so you can choose well. Repeated no-shows lead to a short pause, and you can always ask us to review it.

We collect only what is needed to run mentoring, keep chat inside the platform, and let you export or delete your data at any time from Account settings.

Use “Report” or “Block” on any mentorship page. Our team reviews reports and can suspend accounts immediately.
