1. About the service
123Mentor (“we”, “the platform”) connects mentees with mentors for guidance sessions. We provide the platform only. We do not employ mentors, and mentoring is advice, not professional, legal, financial or medical services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One person, one account.
3. Mentors
Mentor profiles are reviewed and may be suspended at our discretion. To offer paid mentoring, mentors must meet the free-hours requirements published on the “How it works” page, which we may adjust with notice. Mentors are responsible for their own taxes.
4. Fees
123Mentor is currently free for mentors and mentees: no fees or commissions are charged and no payments are taken through the platform. Mentors and mentees must not ask each other for money through or because of the platform. If we introduce paid features in the future we will announce them in advance, show every fee before you pay, and update these terms.
5. Conduct
You agree to follow the community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them, or that attempt to bypass the platform to avoid its safeguards.
6. Content and ratings
You are responsible for what you post. Ratings must reflect your genuine experience. You grant us a licence to display your content on the platform.
7. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes of mentoring sessions or for losses arising from reliance on advice given by mentors.
